I don't regret what I've been through. I've had ups and downs, super highs and some really low lows. I've been so blessed that I could never say, 'I wish this didn't happen.' It's part of who I am. There's nothing in my life that's so ugh.

Almost every one of us have certain goals in our life that we have set for ourselves, whether it be shedding some extra pound, learning a new skill or something else. Chances are good that, at some time in your life, you've told yourself that “I cannot do it” or “It is pointless”. But seldom we realize that we have everything that it takes to be a better version of us and if we want we can achieve any goal that we set for ourselves.
Something similar happened to me, there was a phase in my life when it seemed that life is pointless and I was trapped in an endless cycle of work leading to huge amount of dis-satisfaction. This was the point in my life when I decided to turn my life around for good.
The goals I set for myself (at that time) seemed pretty unrealistic and little did I know that by keeping aside just two hours of my day for myself I could achieve something that I thought could never be achieved.
In those two hours I focused on myself, I got a gym membership and started working out on a regular basis. As far as i can remember this was a turning point in my life as if I had hit the restart button for my life. It's been five years since then and the effects are very visible, not only have I’ve been successful at a professional level but now i have a much better health and a sound body.
